Project development & construction project consulting
Do you also offer support for undeveloped land? Absolutely, we also assist you with undeveloped land. We have a network of excellent architects and other businesses and cover the entire project development process in terms of area. Our services include, among other things, potential analysis, review of building regulations, and the development of customized usage concepts.
Are you also involved in the construction process?
Yes, we can also support you during the construction process upon request. We coordinate communication with architects and construction management and monitor project progress for you.

Residential property management
What services does your administration cover?
Our property management includes the complete care of your property. This includes technical property support, rental management, the preparation of billing, the organization and monitoring of maintenance measures as well as direct communication with your tenants.
Do you also manage individual apartments?
No, we do not take over the management of individual apartments. Our services start from a size of at least 30 residential units. If you own a larger unit in the future or join forces with other owners, we are of course at your disposal.

Our fees are transparent and tailored to the type of service you need.
In Germany, commission fees are regulated by law — especially when a broker represents both buyer and seller.
In most cases, the total commission is 7.14% (incl. VAT) and is split equally: 3.57% paid by the buyer, 3.57% by the seller.
This is standard practice in Berlin.
If you engage me exclusively to search for a property on your behalf, a separate agreement applies.
In that case, I work solely for you — and my commission is 7.14% (incl. VAT) of the total purchase price.
Based on a signed exclusive search agreement.
