Service Description
Our property valuation includes a wide range of services aimed at helping owners, buyers and investors with their real estate needs. These include the valuation of real estate, the development of marketing strategies, the search for suitable properties, support with transactions, as well as general property valuation and detailed discussion. We record professional photos, drone pictures, the 360° video tour (incl. online visits). The aim is to save the customer time, to determine the exact value and to carry out the correct application of a market value analysis. We are happy to evaluate your properties as part of a market value analysis free of charge for you or the object that interests you. The professional report is prepared by experts with certification as an expert according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 certified for legally secure valuations, market value appraisal with legally secure valuation according to legal basis: § 194 BauGB, ImmoWertV are also prepared for them by experts on our behalf.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After that, the full amount will be charged. Please note that bookings are binding.
